House of Plot Potato Salad

Ingredients

• 1kg Anya Potatoes
• 100g Quark
• 1 Live Basil Plant
• Salt
• Pepper

Method

1. Rinse the potatoes put them on to boil.
2. Tear or cut the leaves from the basil plant, chop finely and stir into the Quark.
3. Wait for the potatoes to cook then drain them and stir in the Quark and basil stuff. Try to break the potatoes into smaller chunks.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
