Vege Pasta Carbonara (serves 2)
You probably won't like this recipe. I cook this often and very few people finish a whole plate full.
Ingredients:
- 500g dried Trottole tricolore pasta
- 6 eggs
- 28g grated Parmesan cheese
- 28g grated Cheddar cheese
- A handful of frozen green beans
- A big pinch of salt
- A big pinch of pepper
- Paprika
Method:
- Start cooking the pasta as per the instructions on the pack. Add the beans to the pot with the pasta.
- Meanwhile beat the eggs in a measuring jug.
- Add the cheese, salt and pepper to the eggs.
- Drain the pasta and beans once they are cooked. Put them back in the pot.
- Stir the egg mixture into the pasta and beans until the eggs are cooked.
- Put the stuff onto a couple of plates. Sprinkle with a little paprika and serve.
