Vege Pasta Carbonara (serves 2)

You probably won't like this recipe. I cook this often and very few people finish a whole plate full.

Method:

  1. Start cooking the pasta as per the instructions on the pack. Add the beans to the pot with the pasta.
  2. Meanwhile beat the eggs in a measuring jug.
  3. Add the cheese, salt and pepper to the eggs.
  4. Drain the pasta and beans once they are cooked. Put them back in the pot.
  5. Stir the egg mixture into the pasta and beans until the eggs are cooked.
  6. Put the stuff onto a couple of plates. Sprinkle with a little paprika and serve.
